Super Easy and much more healthy potato chips.
This is what I did:
Mince Garlic put in Olive Oil
Pour that on bottom of pan
Slice your potato as evenly as possible
Set the oven somewhere between 350-400
Bake 10 min
Flip potato's
Bake 10 min
Take baking sheet out and Season
I used No Salt Organic Seasoning & Fresh Rosemary
(my husband likes to add salt to his)
Put back in the oven and continue checking until they are done to your preference
They can be a little soft or really crunchy it's up to you!!
They are good with Ketchup OR Seasoned sour cream
