1/4 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup sifted coconut flour
4 eggs
1/4t salt
1/4t onion powder
1/4t baking powder
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Blend together eggs, oil, salt, onion powder. Combine coconut flour with baking powder and whisk into batter until there are no lumps. Fold in cheese. Drop batter by the spoonful onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min.
(these kinda tasted like french toast to me)
Thanks for stopping by my blog today! It took me forever to write that long post about the Whole Food Diet. I am sure we will see you guys at Natural Grocer's sooner or later, we go every Sunday usually. I will have to try some of your recipes soon! I think we may attempt baking some bread this Sunday. :)
ReplyDeleteP.S. Your photography is awesome.
ReplyDeleteThat's funny we are usually at the NG on sunday too, we head over there after church.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately most of my recipes have meat and/or dairy in it but hopefully some of my newer posts won't because we trying to cut down on dairy cuz it makes David sick :/
