2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 t salt
1/2 t baking soda
1/4 cup oil (I used coconut, next time will try olive oil)
1/2 cup water
2 T your choice of seasonings
I've tried garlic powder, ranch dressing mix, Mrs. Dash, fresh herbs, anything goes
Mix flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Stir in oil and water until ball of dough has formed. Roll dough very thin on cookie sheet. It might be easier to roll between two pieces of parchment paper. Use pizza roller to cut out the squares. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Turn off oven but allow crackers to sit inside while it cools. This will dry out the crackers so they become crispy.
